RETURNS & Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Marietta's Market, you can return your clothing or other item(s) for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.  The package must be post marked within 14 days of the purchase.  You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to Marietta's Market.  Returns must be unworn or unbroken and in the state you received them.  No returns will be accepted on sale items as they are final sale.  Merchandise returned without original tags attached will not be accepted for a refund.  

How to Return:

  1. Email mariettasmarket@gmail.com and notify us of your return - including order number, name and phone number.  Put "Return" in the subject line of the email.

  2. Mail your package to Marietta's Market, 11904 Shelbyville Rd. Louisville KY  40243.  Include your order number, name and phone number in package.

  3. Once we have received the package we will issue a refund to the card you paid with in the amount you paid, minus the shipping cost.

We do not delivery outside of the US
